Substitution and Allergen Policy

Please note our cooking classes and camps involve a majority of hands-on experience by working with ingredients to create predetermined recipes. While we do are best to ensure vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free options, recipes are prepared based on the theme of the event; therefore, we cannot make individual accommodations for taste preferences. Please read each class and camp descriptions carefully for flavors and ingredients highlighted in each event prior to signing up. Occasionally, we may need to substitute instructors and/or alter recipes due to ingredient availability and seasonality.

Payment must be made in advance to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Although we make every effort to avoid cancellations or changes to our calendar, we reserve the right to cancel any class, camp, or event due to low registration, inclement weather, or instructor illness. If we must cancel a class, those signed up with be contacted by either phone or email and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

All fees are refundable and/or transferable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be given for cancellations of any event with less than 48 hours notice. If a customer is dissatisfied after the first day of a camp or multi-day event series and wishes to leave, we will issue a 50% refund of the paid cost of the event. No refunds will be issued after the completion of single-day classes or events.
