James Peterson’s Signed Cookbook “Sauces: Classical and Contemporary Sauce Making” is available for an additional cost.
Using Zoom we will be connecting with you to guide you through these recipes. For anyone that signs up, you will receive more information and instructions on how to attend the class. All virtual classes include ingredient curbside pickup, a prep packet for the ingredients, and the recipes.
This class is BYOB, and wine recommendation is included.
