In this 5 day program, teens and young adults will be able to progressively build their cooking skills. On the 5th day, they will be demonstrating their skills by making a four course menu and sharing it with their family.
August 5- August 9
Half Day: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Day 5: 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Students arrive at 3:00 PM for preparations
Day 1: Soups, Salads and Broths (Knife Skills Included)
